Short Stories
These are short stories produced on mental health themes such as stress, anxiety, feeling down or self hatred. The stories are fictional, with made up characters but the themes and issues are real in today’s world. These stories have been created using examples from real life including some of my own experiences or those close to me.
The aim is not only for those who may be struggling to talk and open up but to create awareness of others around you to support them. What goes on in our brain and our own negative self talk can be extremely painful. I am not a mental health professional and my focus remains on self esteem and confidence, but mental health struggle or negative self talk can occur when we have low self esteem and or confidence.
