I'm Jonny, the Podcast Host of The Men's Mental Health & Growth Podcast (also The Self Esteem and Confidence Mindset Podcast).

I've faced many challenges with self esteem, confidence and my mental health in my life and I know this is a challenge for a lot of men.

I created a podcast specifically dedicated to men's mental health in 2024 to focus on that subject and share my own personal journey.

It's an ongoing journey for me and always will be so I want to provide value and do what I love which is creating and sharing.
